Executives of Concern youth of Gomoa East has petitioned member of Parliament of the constituency Hon. Dr. Desmond De- Graft Paitoo over lack of development and landguards disturbances in the Constituency.
The executives on Tuesday 22nd April, 2025 documents all the challenges in the Constituency and petition the MP in his office in Parliament.
Rising landguards issue at the area is threatening lives, and development at rhe area has become major major concerns of the residents.
According to the group, in midst of the canker, lack of portable water, good roads, schools, and many more remains a challenges confronting the society.
The chairman of concern youth, Yaw Aidoo reveals the landguards disturbances in the Constituency is alarming which is driving investors away from the Constituency.
He also laments over lack of basic social amenities in the Constituency which is making life unbearable in the Constituency.
The chairman also reveals about the ongoing boundary Dispute between Gomoa East District and Ga South Municipality at Gomoa Dampase which they urged the law maker, central regional Minister and DCE address the challenges in the Constituency.
Meanwhile, the member of Parliament for Gomoa East, Hon. Desmond De- Graft Paitoo after receiving the petition pledged to work in hand with the Regional Minister and DCE to tackle the problems the Constituency is facing.
