Ghana’s Foreign Affairs Minister Calls for Closer Collaboration at La-Frankophonie Anniversary

Ghana’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has emphasized the need for closer collaboration between Ghana, the regional block, and the rest of the world to achieve economic and social cohesion.
He made this call during the flag ceremony commemorating the 55th Anniversary of La-Frankophonie at the State House forecourt.
The event, themed “I educate myself, therefore I act,” aimed to promote collaborative living, business, and language coexistence.
Minister Ablakwa stressed that the government of Ghana must lead the way in fostering regional integration and global cooperation.
Under President John Dramani Mahama’s leadership, the government has pledged to ensure Ghana plays a critical role in coexisting with the rest of the world.
This commitment aligns with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration’s mandate to promote Ghana’s foreign policy and regional integration.
As Ghana seeks to strengthen its economic ties with other nations, Minister Ablakwa’s call for collaboration resonates with the growing interest of international partners, such as Spain, in investing in Ghana’s economic stabilization.
