IMPROVING EDUCATION:  EDUCATORS URGED TO HELP REFORM GHANA’S EDUCATION SYSTEM TO BE MORE PRACTICALS

Education stakeholders has been urged to help reform Ghana educational system by introducing methods to make the country’s education more practical.

 

According to educationist, Dr. Francis Essel Okyeahene, Director of Young Executive and Onua Francis International School, it is time for reformation of the academic curricular to make it more practical.

This according to him, help produce innovative and practical students that will help solve the country’s problem.

Dr. Francis Essel appeal that, students must be be equip to go beyond what they learn in the classroom to enable them have practice practical aspect of what  learning in the classroom.

 

Speaking in an interview with with the journalist when nursery students of young executive school made educational tour to Central Board Division (C. B. D) police station, and Mother and Child hospital at Kosoa in the central region of Ghana.

The tour aim at enable the pupils to learn about service of police and health officers, he said, this will help the students to be more knowledgeable about what they are being thought in the classroom.

Dr. Francis Essel in his remarks added that, the tour will help the students to be get more idea on what they are being thought in classroom hence the need to make our education more of practical and less theoretical.
