The Democratic Credentials Network-Ghana (DCN-Ghana) has expressed deep concern over recent military brutality against citizens in the Bawku municipality.
The organization condemned the “cruel and inhumane treatment” and called on the military high command to investigate and punish those involved.
DCN-Ghana urged the military to denounce brutal repression of citizens and engage in peaceful conflict resolution.
In the press statement, the organization also appealed to the people of Bawku to work towards ending the conflict and cooperate with the government to achieve lasting peace.
