
The Eastern Regional Monarch of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Jeff Konadu Addo, has assured party faithfuls and sympathizers in the Akwatia constituency that the recent incidents in Ablekuma will not deter their chances of winning the upcoming by-election.
Speaking during an NPP walk in Akwatia ahead of the September 2 by-election, Chairman Addo urged supporters to come out in large numbers to vote for the party’s candidate, Solomon Kwame Asumadu.
Chairman Addo assured party supporters of full protection during the voting process, urging them not to be intimidated by the incidents in Ablekuma.
He expressed confidence that the NPP candidate, Solomon Kwame Asumadu, will emerge victorious in the by-election, citing indications that he is the right person to replace the late MP, Ernest Yaw Kumi.
