Speaking on behalf of President John Mahama at Ada festival, Nana Oye deputy chief of staff in charge of administration said at least four key roads are slated for reconstruction, with 32 roads expected to receive commencement authorization.

This development is part of the government’s broader efforts to drive economic recovery and create opportunities for the youth. Under the Big Push initiative, a pillar of the 24 Hour Plus Agenda, the government is investing a record GH¢13.8 billion in various sectors to stimulate growth and development across the country.

The initiative is expected to benefit the people of Ada, providing them with improved access to essential services, enhancing their economic prospects, and creating a more conducive environment for businesses to thrive. The government’s commitment to developing the region’s infrastructure is a testament to its dedication to the well-being of its citizens.

The construction of these roads is anticipated to have a positive impact on the local economy, facilitating the movement of goods and people, and opening up new opportunities for trade and commerce.

Furthermore, the government’s investment in the youth through programs like the One Million Coder Programme will equip them with the skills needed to take advantage of emerging opportunities.
