C-DAG Praises Government’s Road Projects in Mid-Year Budget Review

The Concerned Drivers Association of Ghana (C-DAG) has commended the government for prioritizing road construction and rehabilitation projects in the recent Mid-Year Budget Review.

The association noted that these projects will significantly impact the daily operations of commercial drivers, transport owners, and the general public.

C-DAG emphasized the importance of a robust and well-maintained road network for safety, economic growth, and convenience. The association will closely monitor the implementation of the road projects to ensure transparency, quality, and timely completion.

Additionally, C-DAG urged the government to continue focusing on the welfare of drivers, who play a crucial role in the national economy.

The association called for collaboration between driver unions and relevant institutions, such as the Ministry of Roads and Highways and the Ghana Highway Authority, to monitor and report road conditions across the country.
