Dormaa Ahenkro Residents Urged to Keep Environment Clean

The Presiding Member of the Dormaa Central Municipal Assembly, Hon. Adama Yeboah, has called on residents of Dormaa Ahenkro to maintain a clean environment and surroundings to prevent the spread of diseases.
He made this appeal during a clean-up exercise held to mark the Workers’ Day celebration on May 1, 2025.
Hon. Yeboah, who also serves as the assembly member for the Besease Electoral Area, emphasized the importance of keeping the environment tidy and hygienic.
He urged storekeepers, traders, households, and food vendors to take responsibility for their surroundings.
The call aligns with the aspirations of Osagyefo Oseadeayo Dr. Agyemang Badu II, who aims to transform Dormaa into a clean and safe town.
Hon. Yeboah encouraged residents to support this initiative, striving to make Dormaa one of the cleanest towns in the region.
The clean-up exercise was attended by the Member of Parliament, Municipal Chief Executive, and local citizens, demonstrating a collective commitment to improving the town’s environment.
