
The Chief of Akyem Kotoku Anyinam, Nana Marfo Amparbeng III, has advised the youth in his community to live virtuous lives, emphasizing that good behavior is crucial for future opportunities.
Speaking after the launch of the Anyinam Kotoku Development Association’s water project, the Chief encouraged the youth to be exemplary and avoid opioid drugs, which can ruin their future.
Nana Marfo Amparbeng III stressed the importance of education, whether academic or vocational, and urged the youth to take their studies seriously.
He commended the development association for initiating the water project and called on everyone to join hands to develop the town collectively.
The Chairman of the Akyem Kotoku Anyinam Development Association, Mr. Richard Yamoah, echoed the Chief’s sentiments, emphasizing that individual efforts alone cannot drive development and that collective participation is essential.
Meanwhile, the Member of Parliament for Achiase constituency, Hon. Kofi Ahenkora Marfo, appealed for peace in the area, stressing that development cannot thrive in an environment of conflict.
He announced plans to build a market, nurses’ bungalow, and improve the road system in the town, urging residents to maintain calm to facilitate progress.
