Hon. Jean-Marie Formadi Donates Equipment to Support Youth Empowerment in Biakoye Constituency

In a bid to promote youth empowerment and support community growth, Hon. Jean-Marie Formadi, Member of Parliament for Biakoye Constituency, has donated 120 working equipment to apprentices in Abotoase, Oti Region.
The donated equipment, which includes sawing machines, hair dryers, and barbering equipment, is expected to enable the youth to establish their own businesses and contribute to the community’s development.
Hon. Formadi emphasized that this initiative aligns with the NDC’s manifesto promise to improve apprenticeship work and eradicate unemployment in the country.
According to Hon. Formadi, her interactions with the youth during her campaign revealed their eagerness to learn and work, but lack of resources hindered their progress. This motivated her to support the artisans in Biakoye Constituency.
Rebecca Agboga, a member of the NDC national communication team, echoed Hon. Formadi’s sentiments, stating that the NDC is committed to resetting Ghana and supporting the youth through policies and initiatives.
The beneficiaries of the donated equipment expressed their gratitude to Hon. Formadi, with Sampong Comfort noting that the equipment will enable her to establish her own business. The Abotoase community also pledged their support for Hon. Formadi, promising to stand by her whenever she needs their help.
